Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle incoming calls, inquiries and manage message taking with professionalism.
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Coordinate schedules and appointments to optimize workflow.
Create and maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of documents.
Perform data entry tasks, maintaining the integrity of our information systems.
Undertake general administrative duties, providing comprehensive support to the team.
Manage basic bookkeeping responsibilities, ensuring financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and conducive to productivity.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
