Job Overview


We are assisting one of our clients with their search for an Office Administrator - this position is with a service provider in the underground and overhead utility construction industry. Position is full time and located in the Northend

Duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones, filing, typing, copying, scanning, preparing reports, opening regular mail, maintaining filing systems, ordering materials, requesting underground locates for our projects, helping manage and implement our safety program, maintain office equipment and supplies and performing basic bookkeeping such as invoicing, A/P and A/R.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Familiar with office procedures and basic accounting practices

Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office

Post secondary education in Business Administration is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
