Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate office operations, including filing, record keeping, and clerical duties to maintain an organized workspace Oversee schedule management for team members, appointments, meetings, and events to optimize productivity Handle front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional phone etiquette Support human resources functions including onboarding, training & development, and maintaining employee records Manage vendor relationships by coordinating supplies procurement, service contracts, and ensuring timely payments using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools Assist with office management tasks such as budgeting, bookkeeping, and payroll processing to ensure financial accuracy Organize company events and meetings through event planning skills while supervising support staff when necessary

Requirements



Proven experience in office administration or related clerical roles with strong organizational skills Familiarity with office management software including QuickBooks and calendar management tools Demonstrated experience in supervising teams or staff members in a professional setting Knowledge of human resources procedures, payroll processing, and basic bookkeeping practices Excellent communication skills with a professional phone manner and attention to detail in all interactions Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment Prior experience in medical office management or healthcare settings is a plus but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
