Job Description

Duties:

- Tracking, ordering, and managing office supplies and other consumables
- Responding to and directing calls and emails to the appropriate personnel
- Providing general administrative support to colleagues and management
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Entering and updating data into various records and databases
- Perform other related duties as required

Experience:

- At least 1 year experience as a office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in using computerized systems for document management and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

-Read and speak English and Mandarin Chinese

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
