administrator

to join our head office.

Role Expectations



At Ziyutec, administration is about providing support to the team to streamline our operations as a whole. We're looking for an experienced and adaptable administrator that is eager to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience managing all aspects of office projects and tasks with a high degree of organization and motivation. He/she will be comfortable both providing front-line service to clients and working from behind the scenes, thriving with the fast-paced environment and changing company needs. Responsibilities



Performing day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks

Answering incoming calls, taking messages, and/or re-directing calls as required

Receiving and directing visitors in the office

Taking meeting minutes and other notes as required

Arranging appointments, travel itineraries, facility bookings, and site access as required

Ordering office supplies and coordinating other office services as required

Organizing both internal and external company events

Maintaining company social media accounts

Using Microsoft Office to create documents, including spreadsheets and presentations

Organizing physical and digital file directories to enhance accessibility

Providing direct support to executive management and other senior roles as required

Skills and Qualifications



Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience with bookkeeping strongly preferred, especially using QuickBooks software

Proven experience as a successful administrative assistant or other secretarial position

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Exemplary organization and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize work as appropriate

Ability to type quickly is an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
