Northern Lights Tours is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused
Office Administrator
to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly.
Position Details
Full-time with overtime available
Weekends required
Wage: $30 per hour
Must be
available by phone between 10am and 7pm
Start date: ASAP
Mostly remote with some in person work required.
Key Responsibilities
Answering phone calls, emails, and messages from guests in a professional and timely manner
Managing bookings, schedules, and last-minute changes
Coordinating with guides, drivers, and management
Processing payments, invoices, and refunds
Handling daily administrative tasks and office organization
Assisting with guest issues, changes, and problem-solving as they arise
Supporting overall operations during busy periods
Requirements
Valid
driver's license
(required)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during peak tourism periods
Must be dependable, responsive, and able to work independently
Assets (Nice to Have)
Previous
office administration or customer service experience
Experience in tourism, hospitality, or booking systems
Familiarity with Google Workspace, booking software, or invoicing tools
