The Office Administrator will oversee front desk responsibilities, vendor relations, contributing to a professional and welcoming office environment.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management using tools like QuickBooks Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor management processes to ensure timely procurement of supplies and services Maintain organized office records through effective filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies

Experience



Proven experience in office administration or related roles with a strong background in clerical and administrative tasks Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping Prior experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems demonstrates excellent communication skills and professionalism Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are essential for success in this role Experience with office software applications.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
