Responsibilities
Payroll and timesheets through Quickbooks
Entering bills and payments through Quickbooks
Maintain accurate records through effective filing and bookkeeping practices.
Assist with human resources functions, including employee training & development.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and budgeting purposes.
Provide clerical support to various departments as needed, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and organizational strategies.
Skills
Teachable and adaptable
Ability of work on a Mac computer
Proficiency in QuickBooks
Strong front desk management skills with excellent phone etiquette.
Experience in human resources functions, including payroll management.
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.
Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
Pay will be determined on experience.
This position will be in-person in an office in Red Deer.
