Overview


We are a group of electricians who need help being organized! We need someone to come in and take charge of our office - looking for someone VERY organized and can help organize other people. Someone who is a a great communicator and has amazing computer skills.

Responsibilities



Payroll and timesheets through Quickbooks Entering bills and payments through Quickbooks Maintain accurate records through effective filing and bookkeeping practices. Assist with human resources functions, including employee training & development. Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking and budgeting purposes. Provide clerical support to various departments as needed, ensuring smooth administrative operations. Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and organizational strategies.

Skills



Teachable and adaptable Ability of work on a Mac computer Proficiency in QuickBooks Strong front desk management skills with excellent phone etiquette. Experience in human resources functions, including payroll management. Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in clerical tasks. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment. Effective communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
Pay will be determined on experience.

This position will be in-person in an office in Red Deer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
