Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and assisting with various tasks related to human resources, budgeting, and training development. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management, and a strong understanding of administrative processes.

Duties



Manage and maintain office operations, including overseeing phone systems and front desk activities. Organize and file documents efficiently to ensure easy access to information. Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records. Support training development initiatives by coordinating schedules and materials for training sessions. Collaborate with management on budgeting activities to ensure financial efficiency within the office. Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely. Facilitate communication between staff members and management to promote a cohesive work environment. Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and reporting as necessary.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Proficiency in using phone systems, QuickBooks, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients. Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
