Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a smooth workflow within the office environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities



Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Operate multi-line phone systems, ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. Provide support to Admin departments such as data entry, accounts receivable and payable, reconciling accounts, filing Facilitate electronic payments

Skills



Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Personable, eager to work with the public Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Accounting background is desirable Bilingual abilities are considered an asset Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
