We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator who will play a key role providing a range of administrative and organizational support, ensuring employee timecards and related data are entered accurately and timely in a fast-paced office environment, providing reception, administrative duties and clerical support to a small staff.
Core Responsibilities:
Data entry of payroll timecards and expense reports
Support accounting department as needed: accounts payable and receivable.
Cover reception area, manage main telephone line.
Conduct and post retail sales and reconcile debit machine receipts
Comply with and commit to upholding the Quality Management System
Coordinating office services: ordering and receiving office supplies
Liaison between staff and clients
Requirements:
Minimum 18months experience in recordkeeping & data management; specifically, payroll.
Ability to communicate effectively; written and speaking (in person and by telephone).
Flexibility to work well with a team and work independently.
Confident using a wide range of software and able to learn and adapt to new systems.
Strong numeracy skills. Speed and accuracy are essential.
Commitment to high-quality support to internal and external customers.
Hard working with can-do attitude, organized, able to meet deadlines and eager to learn.
Compensation Package:
Salary range: $47,800 to $52,000
