The Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 244 in Perth has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator with leadership skills.
Key duties include managing correspondence, scheduling facility rentals and staff for events, maintaining financial records, bank deposits, monthly bank reconciliations, and serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and vendors. You must have a commanding knowledge of QuickBooks Online, good communication and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. Managerial skills are a definite asset.
You must be bondable, and the successful candidate will be required to obtain a Food Handler Certification.
Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
