Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position as an Office Administrator located in Hamilton, ON. The Office Administrator will oversee office functions, manage daily administrative tasks, ensure the efficient operation of office equipment, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include handling communication with clients and vendors, scheduling, organizing records, and supporting overall office administration to contribute to the success of our renovation projects.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Proficiency in using Office Equipment and tools
Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
Exceptional Customer Service skills to handle client inquiries and ensure positive client experiences
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and basic accounting software
Previous experience in a construction, renovation, or related industry is an asset
Salary 40k-45k
