Looking for a responsible candidate with I'm minimum of 1 year experience in the residential and commercial landscape industry or construction . Civil knowledge is appreciated. Must have a basic understanding of quick books.
9 AM start 4 PM finish. Seven hours per day. 28-35 hours a week minimum. Flexible on working from home and in the office. Minimum three days a week in the office.
Daily tasks include:
-Answering and returning phone calls
-replying to emails
-Invoicing
-estimates and changes
-pay vendors/ subtrades
-banking
-project preparation: Locate, work orders, site plans
-inputting A/P A/R to quickBooks
-profit/lose reports
-updating licensing and permits for vehicles and business
-business insurance
-payroll
Company operations
-3 cruise consistently working on separate construction projects. Purchasing material will be part of the daily task after a three month probation. Orders must be organized, 24 hours prior and employee records management
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and document control
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Office experience including administrative support roles is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
