Best Brains Learning Center is looking for an dynamic Administrator who has excellent technological, interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully engage with staff, students and families.
Position Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education
Minimum 1 year of experience
Preference to candidates with experience working as an administrator in educational institutions.
Responsibilities:
Enthusiastic, proactive, patient, problem solver with excellent communication skills.
Manage day to day scheduling/rescheduling of lessons for students
Interact with parents on a daily basis to discuss any concerns and provide resolutions
Monitor and update inventory status
Receive calls/messages from current families, new registration enquiries and schedule necessary appointments
Manage flow of incoming and leaving students during lessons
Support teachers as needed before/after and during lessons
Manage teachers schedules
Proficiency in using google sheets, office suite of apps and ability to quickly learn and use class management software
Ability to set priorities and manage own tasks
Attend team meetings
Must complete hours of observation and training
