Schep\'s Bakeries is a family owned and operated business and we are expanding! The successful candidate must be a highly motivated, self starter with a positive attitude and a friendly disposition. Experience with quick books will be considered a strong asset. This position is a maternity leave coverage with potential for full time, permanent employment. : Logistics

  • Co-ordinate outbound shipments
  • Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
  • Maintain shipping quotes and keep track of rates
  • Manage key relationships and negotiate freight rates
  • Prepare shipment documents (Custom documents, FDA notices, BOLs, courier labels)
Accounts Payable/Receivable
  • Monitoring accounts receivable
  • Month end reconciliations
  • Entering cheque stubs
  • Recording deposits and remittances
  • Processing and filing invoices
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months Salary: $21.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits:
