We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team environment, supporting sales and order fulfilment in a retail showroom. The Office Administrator will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, managing schedules, and fostering a professional office atmosphere.

Role includes weekend work on Saturdays and/or Sundays

Responsibilities



Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Provide excellent customer service Oversee calendar management and schedule orders Handle front desk duties including greeting clients and managing the phone, online messages and emails Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks Manage vendor relationships, price lists, and oversee vendor management processes Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation Assist with office supply procurement and inventory control Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold organizational policies

Qualifications



Customer service experience in a retail store, hospitality industry or sales environment Proven experience in office administration or office management roles Strong communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Proficiency in calendar management, filing systems, and clerical tasks Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
