Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth communication within the company.

Key Responsibilities:



Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner Handle basic administrative tasks including photocopying, filing, and data entry Manage and respond to emails promptly Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service Perform other related administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:



Must have own reliable transportation Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills (email, MS Office, etc.) Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.75-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
