Office Admin -Seasonal Full-time (until - April 15) with potential for overtime during snow events, and a possibility of extension for the right candidate.

Job Overview
The Office Administrator is an integral part of the team at Worry Free Snowblowing by providing front-line customer service and support.
Responsibilities and Duties
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in professional manner
Provide estimates for driveway/walkway clearing
Process payments (Interac, Visa, Mastercard) and/or instruct clients on how to pay online
Scan, copy, fax and file documents as needed
Assist with CRM/Database data entry and clean-up
Respond to online reviews (Homestars and Google)
Review next steps + response for negative reviews with Manager
Solicit reviews from clients who submit compliments to increase ratings
Prepare agenda + handouts for staff meetings
Help other members of the team complete tasks as required or directed by the General Manager
Any other duties deemed fit by the General Manager
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Valid driver's license (G)
Own transportation
On-site (no possibility of hybrid or remote work)
Bilingual
Assets
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in fast-paced office
Social media experience
