Duties



Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow Maintain accurate records through effective filing systems and bookkeeping practices Process and Invoice existing sales and services. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate supply orders as needed Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette Support team management through effective communication and organizational strategies

Skills



Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently Effective communication skills to interact with staff, vendors, and clients Experience in training & development of team members Knowledge of budgeting practices for office management purposes Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively
