We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining efficient office workflows, and supporting various administrative functions. Responsibilities
Manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
Oversee clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
Possible payroll processing using QuickBooks
Perform bookkeeping tasks such as accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure accurate financial records
Manage vendor relationships and oversee vendor management processes
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials
Implement and improve office procedures to enhance efficiency
Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain high standards of phone etiquette and customer service
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills
Exposure to QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor management
Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--along with professional phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
Prior office experience combined with a proactive attitude makes for an ideal candidate
