Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update information in spreadsheets and internal systems.
Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and internal systems.
Support purchasing, sales and production staff with day-to-day administrative needs.
Communicate with plant floor employees, supervisors, and management to relay updates or gather information.
Assist with data entry, documentation, and record-keeping relating to production, sales, inventory, and orders.
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for compliance and traceability.
Prepare basic reports or spreadsheets for management.
Perform other general office duties as required.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience in administrative, office, or data entry role is an asset.
Experience with Quickbooks is an advantage but not required.
