We are looking for a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented
Office Administrator
to join our team. We operate three growing brands under one roof --
KL Jane (bedding & soft goods), BellowTech (industrial bellows), and StabilFit (medical supports)
. The ideal candidate will help keep our front office running smoothly, support customers, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate workflow between sales and production.
What You'll Do
Answer phone and email inquiries professionally
Prepare & send estimates using established pricing
Create and process sales orders in QBO (QuickBooks Online)
Track orders and communicate lead times to customers
Assist with invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping entry
Enter vendor bills & prepare payment batches for approval
Monitor inventory and create purchase orders when needed
Coordinate production scheduling & issue work orders
Schedule deliveries, prepare packing slips & shipping labels
Maintain organized files and support general office tasks
What You Bring
Experience in office administration or customer service
Working knowledge of
QuickBooks Online
is an asset
Strong attention to detail & data entry accuracy
Excellent communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, email, cloud files)
Positive attitude, organized, reliable

$25-$27/hour
depending on experience
