Office Administrator

As an Office Administrator, you will be instrumental in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations and supporting overall team effectiveness.

Responsibilities:



Manage daily office functions to ensure a smooth, organized, and productive work setting Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences--both internal and external Supervise administrative staff, including onboarding, training, and performance support Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee purchasing and supply management Support HR functions such as payroll administration and new hire onboarding Perform bookkeeping duties including budgeting and maintaining financial records using QuickBooks Organize and manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of office activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
