We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Zenith Law Professional Corporation in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission of delivering extraordinary legal solutions by ensuring efficient office operations and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Oversee front desk activities, including client interactions and phone management
Maintain organized filing systems and manage clerical duties
Assist in bookkeeping
Support human resources functions, including training and development initiatives
Coordinate vendor management and office supplies procurement
Foster effective communication within the team and with clients
Contribute to budgeting processes as needed.
Communicate with clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role within a professional setting
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in office software applications
Experience with clerical tasks and filing systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Supervisory experience is an asset but not mandatory.
Knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
