Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Administrator to manage our day-to-day administrative operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in office administration and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Oversee and manage all daily office operations
Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management staff
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to manage office needs
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth workflow
Manage customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate personnel
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
Provide administrative support for project managers and field staff
Deliver new hire orientation and assist new hires with paperwork
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with HR and accounting functions as needed
Support project coordination and logistics
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Experience with administrative software and tools, and knowledge of basic accounting principles, is an asset
Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred
