Summary



We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Canada. This vital role will support our operations by managing administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient office functionality. Your contributions will be essential in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional service in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment. Handle communications, including phone calls and emails, with professionalism. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for agents. Support bookkeeping tasks and manage office supplies inventory. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency. Provide administrative support for HR functions as needed. Implement organizational strategies to streamline office processes.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a real estate setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office). Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritizing workload. Experience with bookkeeping or financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus. Familiarity with human resources processes is advantageous.
