Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy
Support management with scheduling, invoicing, and client follow-ups
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication
Assist with event bookings, documentation, and logistics as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative or office role (hospitality experience an asset)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and a professional demeanor
