As a part time Receptionist at a busy real estate office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and team members. Your role will be crucial in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized and have friendly demeanor. we are looking for someone to work both evenings and weekends.
Duties
-Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
-Answer and direct phone calls using multi-line phone system
-Schedule and manage appointments
-Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing and document preparation
-Provide administrative support to real estate agents as needed
-Handle customer inquires and provide excellent customer support
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Familiarity with Brokerbay, Skyslope and MLS systems is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
