Responsibilities
Perform

and organize project and quotation documents
Schedule appointments and jobs
and handle follow-up communications
Answer and direct phone calls
and emails
Order office supplies
and manage inventory
Maintain
manual and electronic filing systems
Coordinate information flow between teams
Coordinate team routes and job timing
Assist with
basic marketing or communication tasks
Requirements
2+ years of administrative experience
(construction experience an asset)
Fluent in English
