Office Administrator
to join our team and support the smooth running of our daily operations.
The Role
The Office Administrator will be a key contributor and support in our office, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role with a wide range of responsibilities, that vary throughout the day, months and season, making it ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across departments and act as backup when needed.
Manage office and packaging supplies, operations cell phone suite, and general office coordination.
Oversee timekeeping, HR support (programs, applications, job postings), and compliance requirements (OFVGA, OnTrace).
Handle finance functions including accounts receivable/payable, invoicing, reconciliations, pricing lists, and reporting.
Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and maintain company website presence.
Track equipment, insurance, and vehicle plates.
Support grants, seed reconciliation, pricing analysis, and customer annual reports.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office administration, accounting, or operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting/ERP software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience in agriculture or food industry is an asset but not required.
