Duties



Perform data entry and maintain accurate records within our systems. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed. Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Experience



1-2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities. Experience with QuickBooks is a plus. Strong attention to details with excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
