The Role


We're looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator who's not afraid to take ownership, solve problems on the fly, and keep the office humming. This in-office role supports day-to-day operations across administration, facilities, event planning, and light inventory coordination.

What You'll Do



Office Operations & Admin Support



Greet guests, manage phones and deliveries Maintain a clean, functional workspace and coordinate basic building services Order office supplies and snacks, assist with workstation setup and furniture assembly Take meeting minutes, manage calendars, coordinate schedules Respond to internal and external communications professionally Mail cheques, letters, and handle general admin email

Executive & Team Support



Arrange travel and book meetings for staff and leadership Support executives with daily coordination and admin tasks Collaborate with other admins across the consortium

Events & Materials



Help plan internal meetings and trade shows Order and track promotional materials (banners, swag, business cards) Provide light inventory coordination with the Inventory & Logistics team

What We're Looking For



A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership Organized, resourceful, and able to juggle priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Prior experience in office administration or coordination roles Valid driver's license and vehicle is required

Pay: $41,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
