The Office Administrator is accountable to the owner for the effective organization and coordination of all general administrative requirements, specific accounting and client file management, client relations, customer services, tasks delegation based on business cycles and facility needs.
Qualifications:
Must have three - five years experience in office and administrative management
Post-Secondary education in administration and/or accounting preferred
Must have a clean criminal record and provide a copy of clearance
Must be able to multitask, set personal timelines and accountability to tasks
Business planning inclusive budget management and accounting practices
Enhance customer and client relationships
Proficient computer skills and experience using a variety of computer programs. Preference will be given to candidate with experience using MS Office, Quickbooks, Caseware, Profile, and Client Track.
Strong organization skills physically and digitally
Other duties as delegated
