The National Hockey Training Centre (NHTC) in Langley is a leading facility dedicated to high-performance hockey development and community training programs. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and friendly

Office Administrator

to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Summary



The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations at the NHTC. This includes customer service, scheduling, communication, and general administrative tasks that keep the facility running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sports environment.

Key Responsibilities



Greet customers, athletes, and parents; provide excellent front-desk service Manage program registrations, bookings, and schedule changes Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Support instructors, coaches, and management with administrative needs Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records Assist with organizing events, classes, and on-ice/off-ice programs Update attendance lists, program rosters, and internal systems Maintain a clean and organized front office and reception area Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications



Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and email platforms Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Experience in sports, recreation, or facility operations is an asset but not required

Availability Requirements



Mondays

are mandatory Availability for

evenings and weekends

as required Average weekly hours will vary depending on programming needs

Compensation



$18-$20 per hour
