Office Administrator/Receptionist

to help keep our office running smoothly.

About the Role:


You'll handle day-to-day office tasks, assist with invoicing, and support our office and field staff. If you enjoy staying organized, helping others, and keeping things running efficiently, this could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do:



Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail

Keep the office organized and well-stocked with supplies

Assist with general office organization

Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence

Assist with invoicing, payments, receivables and other basic bookkeeping tasks

Support onboarding of new employees and maintain staff records

Maintain a tidy, welcoming office environment

What We're Looking For:



Previous administrative or receptionist experience (an asset but not required)

Great communication and people skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Quickbooks

Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

Attention to detail and a willingness to learn

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
