Please note, the first 2-3 months of training you will be required to travel to Kitchener.

As a part of the Precise team, you will be responsible for the intake of business and all general operations. The office administrator is a fundamental component in ensuring a smooth appraisal process for our clients and lenders. They will be required to maintain the office systems and assist appraisers when requested. Additionally, they will be responsible for streamlining office processes and procedure to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities:



Accepting and assigning appraisal requests Answering calls and quoting on files Maintaining the office email and organizational systems Assisting with mid month and end of month payroll Preparing and recording invoices Contacting clients for payment Scheduling appraisal inspections Assisting appraisers with duties such as client correspondence, file updates and reports Creating and maintaining process documents
Qualifications & Skills:

Previous office experience Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment Competent computer skills with MS Office and Gmail, and AI software Internet skills including use of email, online calendars and online portals Strong communication skills Great attention to detail Numeracy and literacy skills Previous experience in the real estate industry is an asset Bookkeeping/accounting experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24-28/hour

Schedule:

Full time Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm Working remotely
Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum) Post Secondary in a related field (preferred)
Experience:

Front desk (1 year) Administrative experience (1 year) Previous experience in the real estate industry (asset, not a necessity)
