We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our fast-growing, dynamic team.

POSITION SUMMARY



The position involves a variety of administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operations of the organization. The office administrator serves as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative support and maintaining office systems and procedures.

Hours for this position are 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS



Answer and redirect all incoming calls Receive incoming courier packages and prepare outgoing packages Greet all visitors and inform the appropriate staff of their arrival Keep kitchenette stocked, order and purchase office supplies Ensure that printers are functional by checking ink levels and stocked with paper, send monthly reports Manage bi-weekly office supply orders and maintain appropriate quantities in reception stock closet Follow up with correspondence internal and external Keep filing system organized and up to date Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures for maximum efficiency Keep company tool inventory accurate & current by ensuring all tools are signed in & out Invoice processing Credit card statements: organize and sort for Accounting Manager Assist with cost coding Create Monthly Accounts Calendar Field paperwork tracking and reporting Tool inventory tracking Take and distribute notes for meeting minutes Vehicle Insurance and Trailer Inspections Main contact for office cleaner and Lawn/garden maintenance Organize fire extinguishers inspections/ recharges Maintain crew vehicle usage Business Licence in respective Locations

QUALIFICATIONS



Customer service skills Bookkeeping and data entry experience considered an asset Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and writing Ability to organize workload and set priorities Adapt to change and learn quickly
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
