Summary
We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at Great Canadian Oil Change in Canada. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to our mission by ensuring smooth office operation. Responsibilities
Oversee clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist with bookkeeping and HR processes as needed.
Lead the AR process for fleet accounts.
Maintain effective communication with team members and vendors.
Support human resources functions including training and development initiatives.
Organize office supplies and manage inventory levels.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with human resources processes is beneficial
Familiarity with AR processes is beneficial
