Job Description

  • Greet patients with a positive, helpful attitude and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Responsible for the administration of telephone operations - ie. greetings and extensions.
  • Schedule new patients gathering all necessary information, and follow-up appointments.
  • Speak with insurance companies regarding patient appointments.
  • Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of the clinic.
  • Sanitize office following all appointments.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, order supplies and business cards when necessary.
  • Basic bookkeeping.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • 2-3 days per week worked, including Wednesdays and Fridays.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-24 per weekSalary: $17.00-$20.00 per hourBenefits:
