Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized

Office Administrative Assistant

to support our growing team. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day office operations, assist with submittals, payables, receivables and documentation, and provide direct support to both project managers and the owner.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones, emails, and maintain filing systems Assist with scheduling, data entry, and project documentation Track invoices, receipts, and support finance team tasks Help the owner with daily planning and task prioritization General office and HR support (supplies, onboarding, records)
What We're Looking For

1-3 years of office or administrative experience Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) QuickBooks experience is an asset

Pay: $39,520.00-$45,760.00 per year
