Job Description

Waterview Physiotherapy is looking for an energetic and experienced clinic administrator to provide a professional and positive impact when working with patients in a busy multi-disciplinary clinic.

Position Summary:

The Clinic Administrator collaborates with clinicians, physicians and other healthcare disciplines, has a drive to achieve success in administrative excellence, and ensures high quality customer service for our patients. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to effectively multi-task, and be able to adapt to change to continuously learn and strive for improved patient care.

What you would do:

Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments and organize patient charts. Answer patients' queries and ensure quality customer service. Coordinate a detailed and accurate patient intake and support them in filling medical forms to avoid errors and inaccurate information. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of patient interactions and transactions.
