What You'll Do:
Keep pricing accurate by creating, updating, and printing shelf labels and price changes
Reconcile daily sales reports and prepare simple deposit documentation
Assist with month-end tasks such as customer statements
Receive deliveries and maintain organized paperwork and filing
Support general office flow: supplies, mail pickups, invoice prints, and reports
Respond to calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Track product shortages and vendor claims in Excel
Use company portals for bookings, pre-books, and basic admin entries
Take on additional admin tasks that help the store run smoothly
What You're Great At:
Confident Excel skills (filters, formulas, clean data entry)
Clear written communication and a calm, professional phone manner
Staying organized when several small tasks arrive at once
Reliable availability (Mon-Fri), about 20 hours per week
Good to Know:
No previous POS or SMS system experience required--we'll train you
