We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Duties:
Perform excellent customer service tasks
Coordinate operations to secure efficiency and compliance
Clerical tasks, including bookkeeping, organizing files, and processing payroll.
Answering the main line to fill orders and answer general questions
Organize and respond to the main company email
Coordinating calendars of yacht bookings
Create monthly crew schedules and coordinate with staff to ensure performance
Event planning when needed; booking photographers, decorations, food vendors, etc.
Hands on with social media accounts
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
9am - 5pm working hours, but also available outside hours and weekends when needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office administration or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (preferred but not required) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles
