Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to oversee daily office operations and support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, and ensuring smooth workflow. This role requires a versatile individual capable of handling front desk responsibilities, bookkeeping, vendor management, and human resources tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization.

Duties



Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records Handle bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial reporting Assist with payroll processing and human resources functions such as onboarding and training & development programs Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services Support budgeting activities by monitoring expenses and preparing financial reports Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure the office environment is organized and efficient Implement policies for office procedures to improve workflow and productivity

Experience



Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing Extensive office experience including front desk operations and clerical tasks Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, vendor management, and record keeping Experience with human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and basic office equipment operation Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
