Ashcor Technologies Ltd. is a subsidiary of ATCO and the largest independent marketer of fly ash in Western Canada. Ashcor is looking for an Office Administrator to join us in the exciting work we do at our newly constructed reclaimed ash management facility near Forestburg, Alberta. Reporting to the Manager, Plant Operations, it\xe2\x80\x99ll be your responsibility to handle administrative duties and maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities at the plant. In this position, you also get to provide support to the Calgary office and US based team where required.

What Else You Get To Do:
Manage the general phone line, general email inbox, and accounting email inbox
Coordinate physical mail and couriers
Maintain contracts, schedules, spreadsheets, records and filings, both physical and electronic
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports
Manage vendors including obtaining quotes, validating invoices, new vendor setup, communications, and dispute resolution
Review, receive and code invoices
Complete purchase order requisitions and change orders
Receive goods in ERP system and maintain receiving records
Support spare part inventory management and maintain office supplies
Assist in weekly customer invoicing and manage issuance of credit memos
Enter data, validate, and ensure data integrity of delivery records in Salesforce
Respond to queries and liaise with accounting, sales, procurement, accounts payable and accounts receivable teams
Prepare and reconcile expense reports
Support new hire onboarding and system setup
Escalate and steward IT help desk tickets to successful resolution
Maintain accurate team timekeeper records in Kronos Workforce Dimensions
Assist team with vacation, sick days, flex day reporting
Handle other general Ashcor support duties as may be required

Who You Are:
Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
Minimum of 5 years proven experience
Experience with Oracle, Inspyrus and/or Salesforce would be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Good written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Outstanding record keeping, documentation and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
