6. Winter Event Support (High Priority)
Be prepared to be online and available during:
Snowfalls
Freezing rain
Salting events
Early-morning or overnight call-outs
You'll provide real-time communication to foremen, operators, and subcontractors while monitoring weather alerts and supporting mobilization decisions.
