Job Overview


We are a reputable and fast-paced household moving company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative operations, customer coordination, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and internal teams via email and telephone Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks Maintain and organize customer files and related documentation Respond to incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Support the coordination of moving schedules and logistics Assist with other administrative duties as required

Qualifications & Experience:



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Previous administrative or office experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
