Duties
Administrative operations, detail oriented, efficient, organized, proactive
Oversee all clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
Ensure timely procurement of office supplies, services and maintenance
Maintain organized office records, confidentiality and ensure compliance with policies
Promote a collaborative work environment
Qualifications
Proven experience in office administration or related roles
Proficiency in general office software including website updates
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Prior office experience with administrative expertise is highly desirable
