Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, organized individual to support our team with general office administration and management duties. In this role, you will help oversee day-to-day office operations, organize documents, maintain basic records, and provide friendly support to staff and clients. Your years of professional experience, strong work ethic, and calm approach will be highly valued.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated office administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, managing day-to-day general operations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk activities, including answering phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

- Handle premium reminder and payment processing and maintain premium payment records in the broker management system

- Creating policy applications, creating quotes etc. (Training will be provided)

- Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Office Administrator or similar position

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience in team management is a plus
